Finance For Non-Finance Managers

Non-finance managers and supervisors are often required to interact with clients as well as the financial executives of their organisation regarding matters that can affect profitability and future viability. Apart from this, they may be required to prepare budgets, interpret reports provided by the Finance Department and make decisions that affect the financial health of the organisation.

This workshop is designed to provide non-finance managers with a working understanding of accounting and finance.
