Non-finance managers and supervisors are often required to interact with clients as well as the financial executives of their organisation regarding matters that can affect profitability and future viability. Apart from this, they may be required to prepare budgets, interpret reports provided by the Finance Department and make decisions that affect the financial health of the organisation.
This workshop is designed to provide non-finance managers with a working understanding of accounting and finance. The insights provided are intended to equip managers to make sound decisions and to be more comfortable discussing financial matters with clients, financial institutions, boards and other stakeholders.

Trevor Marshall is a chartered accountant with over twenty years’ experience in the field. He is also a consultant and has served on the board of several major companies. Prior to this, he was a senior financial executive for fourteen years.
